WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE GOING ONSITE

Badges

Exhibitor badges has been sent as of Wed 22 August, if you do not receive these by mail please come and visit us at Customer Service Centre when you arrive onsite during move in. For badge changes or additional badges required, please visit us during move in so that we can make these available for pick up before the exhibition commences.

Plastic Holders will also be available at Customer Service Centre.

Exhibitor Kits

Your company exhibitor kit will be available at customer service. Please ensure this is picked up as it contains vital information regarding AIMEX 2007.

Move -In

Space Only Exhibitors:          Saturday, 1st September - 2pm to 9pm
Sunday,   2nd September - 7am to 9pm
Monday,   3rd September - 7am to 6pm

Other Exhibitors:		Sunday, 2nd September - 7am to 9pm
		Monday, 3rd September - 7am to 6pm
		All aisle way areas must be completely clear by 6pm Monday for cleaning and carpet laying.

OH&S

High Visibility Clothing
You MUST wear High Visibility Clothing ( HVC ) during the move in and move period of the exhibition. It is advisable that Exhibitors bring their own High Visibility Clothing for all staff who will be onsite during these periods. Limited numbers of HVC will be available on site at a cost of $5.00 per Vest from the Customer Service desk Hall 3.

Deliveries

If you have deliveries being made by a freight company other than Agility Fair (formerly Exposervice) you must book a move in and move out time with Agility Fairs/ Exposervice to ensure you can get access to the loading dock at the venue. Contact Agility Fairs/ Exposervice on 02 8755 8899

Parking

During AIMEX Move in/out and during Show open days.

All car parks at SOP are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If the car parks are not staffed please use an Automatic Pay Station to pay your parking fee.

The following parking rates apply at all car parks in SOP. These car parks include P1, P2, P3, P4, P5 and P6F.

Day Parking Rates:
   0 - 1 Hours $3.00
   1 - 2 Hours $6.00    2 - 3 Hours $9.00
   3 - 4 Hours $12.00    4 + Hours   $15.00
