Frequently Asked Questions by Exhibitors

1. How to Login to the online exhibitor manual?
Step A: Login
Visit Exhibitor Login website https://online.reedexhibitions.com.au/
Enter your username and password
Contact your the exhibition coordinator if you need your password to be re-set.
Step B:  Accept Terms and Conditions
If this is the first time you have logged in, you will need to accept the terms and conditions by clicking ‘Accept’ button.
Step C: Enter Exhibitor Manual
Click on Exhibitor Manual link on the top left corner menu bar.
Click on ‘Exhibitor Manual’ link again for your show.
You can now View the Online Manual or the Online Forms.

2. How to Complete Forms?
Step A: To complete Online Forms
Simply Click on ‘Complete the Online Forms’
Now you can view all the forms, click on the Blue links to enter the online forms.
Step B: Save
When you are ready, click ‘Save and Submit’
You can make changes to the online forms at anytime BEFORE the DUE DATE

3. There is no button to save the form!
You are in the Printer Friendly Version. Click the Back button on your browser and click on ‘Complete the online forms’ link. Select the form you wish to complete, and on the bottom of each form there is a ‘save and submit’ button.

4. Can I have a hard copy of the manual and forms?
You can select ‘Printer Friendly Version’ link for the exhibitor manual and forms. Once opened. Simply click on File and print for your hard copy.
PLEASE NOTE: When printing out forms, NOT all forms would be printed. Some forms are in PDFs from contractors and you have to view these via the online form link.

5. Do I have to fill in the forms online?
Yes. All forms must be completed online unless otherwise stated (such as PDF forms, where you need to print it out and fax it to relevant contractors. 

6. What is a brand?
A Brand refers to any brand that you stock and not product types. For example, soft drink is a product, and Coca Cola is a brand.

7. I have a space only; do I still need to complete the compulsory Fascia form? 
No. It is only compulsory for exhibitors with shell schemes.

8. I have Shell Scheme; do I need to complete the compulsory supplier/contractor declaration form?
No, unless you are modifying the shell scheme.

9. How do I cancel my stand?
You will need to contact the account manager of the show, who will discuss with you the terms and conditions and all other details.
