AIMEX 2003: A High Level of Exhibitor Satisfaction

GE International:
AIMEX met all our expectations. We were able to meet with a wide range of customers and make new contacts that otherwise would be difficult to arrange. As we also supply to a number of exhibiting companies, AIMEX provided us with the ideal opportunity to network with these key customers.

Ludowici MPE:
At AIMEX we received a high level of interest in our product range, both machinery and consumables. We were able to access a wide cross section of customers from around Australia and also China and India. Sales were made as a direct result of our being at AIMEX and we are extremely confident of generating more sales from our participation in the near future.

Liebherr:
We were extremely happy with our results from AIMEX. Our exhibit received a high level of positive feedback from visitors. AIMEX allowed us to communicate, to both new and existing customers, the wide selection of equipment and vehicles we have available for a broad range of applications. The event also provided us with the opportunity to meet with a number of international players. As a result we were able to further promote our name to the market.

Duratray:
2003 was the first time we participated in AIMEX. We received a high level of genuine interest in our suspended dump tray from Australian-based customers as well as overseas operations from China, Russia, Canada, and Chile.

SEW Eurodrive:
AIMEX provided SEW with the opportunity to meet two key objectives; to obtain a wide range of leads from new companies, and to consolidate our position with our existing customer base. We were able to meet both of these whilst also creating a general presence in the mining community.

Atlas Copco:
AIMEX provided us with the opportunity to showcase our various divisions to an extremely broad range of customers. New products, such as our ROCL8 drilling equipment, were keenly welcomed by the market with high levels of interest received. Being such a large event AIMEX also enabled a variety of networking opportunities that would otherwise have been hard to coordinate given the spread of the Australian mining industry.

Abon Engineering:
AIMEX was chosen for the first major display of our new range of crushers and sizers. The market response was just fantastic. With such a variety of businesses and operations represented we were able to gather a large number of quality leads which we are confident we will be able to convert into sales with further follow-up.

SGS Australia:
At AIMEX we were able to meet with everyone from system managers to technical managers to procurement officers to discuss our range of risk management software. With such a diverse range of contacts we are confident of being able to make sales as a result of AIMEX.

Golding Contractors:
The most amazing thing about AIMEX was the diversity of visitors the event attracted. For us this resulted in a number of leads coming from completely new markets. We were also able to get in on the ground floor on several new ‘greenfield’ projects as well as consolidating existing relationships. With results like these it was certainly well worth the investment to take part.
